Meditation is a wonderful tool to decrease anxiety, increase serenity, improve health, protect from other people’s energy or connect to spirit. There are so many reasons to discover meditation as a way of living. I love working with beginners.

My 5 session meditation takes you on a journey of trying many different meditations to see what kind you respond to. I go even further and create some meditations personally for you. Everything you try you get to keep in the form of mp3’s that you can access on your phone anytime you need to use them.
